Version 0.17.0 listed as v0.16.1

Environment

Windows build number: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.778]
PowerToys version: 0.17.0
PowerToy module for which you are reporting the bug (if applicable): Settings

Steps to reproduce

PowerToys v0.16.1 already installed.
Download + install PowerToysSetup-0.17.0-x64.msi.
Check version number at bottom of settings.

I also tried closing & relaunching PowerToys, it still said v0.16.1.

Expected behavior

Version should be listed as v0.17.0.

Actual behavior

Version is listed as v0.16.1.

Hi @irongut try manually uninstall the current version using the Windows 10 Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features. Don’t use the the legacy control panel. And the install 0.17 again.

Uninstall / reinstall worked. IIRC previous versions had updated ok by just running the new installer.
