Add bower support to main repo
See original GitHub issueI’d like to use bower to consume the tslib
repo. It looks like the bower version of this repo was already created a month ago: https://github.com/Draccoz/tslib. It’d be awesome if we could bring the bower and npm definitions of the repo into the same place, under the Microsoft org. I realize that since there is an existing bower definition, this might cause problems. In that case, is there any way we can set up a hook to submit a PR to the bower repo every time something gets merged to master here?
