[Bug] Command execution by mouse click does not restore focus in editor

- VS Code Version: 1.70.1 (Universal)
- OS Version: MacOS
Steps to Reproduce:
- Start with command palette by press F1 or CMD+Shift+P
- Execute command “Add cursor above”, by mouse click at command text
Actual (Problematic) Behavior: Command palette disappear and focus left from editor
Expected Behavior Command palette disappear and focus keep in editor
