When "window.nativeTabs": true is enabled in vscode settings, I expect to open a new native tab when using the command code [path] from the CLI.

VSCode Version: 1.52.1 macOS Version: 10.15.7

This issue is likely upstream. Atom demonstrates this behavior as well.
