No launch feedback

VSCode Version: 1.47.3
OS Version: Manjaro Linux KDE Plasma edition 20.03

When launching any application, I get a loading animation on the app icon and a bouncing app icon under my cursor. It’s called “Launch Feedback”. When launching VSCode, there is no launch feedback. Here is the screenshot taken while launching an application: Screenshot_20200730_113813

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

@CoffeeFueledPanda Snaps are not good. I never use Snaps. I installed it through AUR on Manjaro.

Understood, did a little test, seems to just be a problem in general.

No launch feedback on kubuntu 20.10 as well. Plasma 5.19.5, Framework 5.74
