Cannot debug after updating vscode to 1.58.2

I’m currently using remote development on an Aarch64 device and i can’t run the debugger. I’m getting this stack trace:

Same issue with remote-ssh debugging on 2021.7.1053… Roll back to 2021.7.1050 fixes this.
