Give detailed instruction in issue template on where the Output window is
See original GitHub issueI have seen situations like that in #585 where people can’t find the Output
window to provide details when filing a bug. We should expand on those details as well as just evaluate our issue template to make sure it has everything we need to know and clear instructions.
