Only see starting Jedi language server for one of multiple folders

Testing #18964

I have xterm.js and vscode open in a workspace

I switched from Pylance -> Jedi

I only see Starting Jedi language server for vscode.

Other info - I saw a warning that Jedi for Python 2.7 no longer has intellisense

Here’s what my interpreters look like
