It’s solved after doing a
sudo dhclient eth1
@AsmitaChavan that is only if your system is not able to resolve the host. Try solution described here which will resolve if the issue is only because you can’t reach ubuntu server: https://askubuntu.com/questions/660480/unable-to-locate-package-libjpeg-dev
