ENH: MNE-binder

- finalize usable binder
- update main page with link to plot_introduction.ipynb (#3535)
- make
plot_introduction.rst
prettier (logo at top, more plots, etc.) - add hints about IPython (e.g., shift-enter)
- fix sphinx-gallery, remove of e.g.
