Unable to install dependencies

I want to contribute to this repository and I’m having trouble setting up.
What happened?
The command to install dependencies is not working i.e. yarn.
What did you expect to happen?
Dependencies should be installed without any error.
Anything else we should know?
Node - v6.11.5
NPM - 3.10.10
Yarn - v0.27.5
yarn check -
