[Bug] single-line input text is removed when changing app

- Try to report an issue here.
- Set the bug title.
- Set the body contents.
- Go to another app.
- Go back to fenix.
Expected behavior
Both the issue title and the issue content are remembered.
Actual behavior
Only the issue content is remembered: Screen_Recording_20200920-083839_Firefox.zip

I haven’t been able to reproduce it in latest Firefox. It seems it got fixed in between.
