@iamjokarman Ok, I have reset it. Go ahead and visit https://www.naturalcrit.com/login and sign up for a “new account” just using the same username and password and it should let you log in. If you are able to save, you can just leave it at that and be on your way, or you can go back and link to Google and we can see what happens then.
