Checking markdown cells for spelling errors, reading metrics etc

Are tools for trying to up the quality of notebook markdown cells also in scope for this repo?

E.g. proof-of-concept application of pyspelling to markdown and code comments here, simple reading time estimate using readtime package here.

Mdformat also has plugins that make it format code fence content, here’s a list of them https://mdformat.readthedocs.io/en/stable/users/plugins.html#existing-plugins

If a plugin is installed it should be activated whether being run via nbqa or natively.
