(1) We’re committed to learning in public
You’ll find answers to popular questions about NEAR on StackOverflow tagged with nearprotocol as well as various FAQs in our Documentation. Please feel free to ask us anywhere you find us and know that the first thing we’ll do is point you to StackOverflow
(2) We’re committed to developing our learning community
When we hear a new question, we’ll ask you to post it on StackOverflow or offer to post it ourselves, always tagging questions with nearprotocol. Once a new question is posted, we always want to bring it back to the channel where it was originally asked so anyone else following along knows where to look for the answer.
(3) We’re committed to growing stronger together
No matter where or how we communicate, we will always trust your judgement and ours to know when to promote something to StackOverflow and tag it with nearprotocol. Over time, we trust ourselves as a capable and curious community to identify the qualities of useful, helpful questions and answers that will ultimately add value to our collective effort.

Have a Question about Anything NEAR?
(1) Is your question already posted on StackOverflow?
We pay very close attention to questions tagged with
nearprotocolon StackOverflow.(2) Do you need help posting your question on StackOverflow?
We understand that sometimes we don’t know enough to ask a meaningful question – what we need is a conversation to discover the right questions. In this case just find us on Telegram or Discord. We’ll be happy to help and appreciate your support in reposting our discussion to StackOverflow afterwards.
(3) Should we be doing something differently?
If you have any recommendations for us on how to improve our community education and support channels, we’re wide open to your feedback.
This is framed from the NEAR perspective rather than the question-asker’s perspective. Would be more actionable / navigable to trim the copy and change the perspective, eg at least including a numbered list with the clear “how to ask your question” procedure and minimize the “We’re committed to…” self congratulation.
