Make "Setup Recovery Phrase" option more prominent
See original GitHub issueWe’ve received quite a bit of feedback that the manual recovery (seed phrase) option isn’t prominent enough, and several users have missed it.
Acceptance Criteria
- On desktop, manual recovery is side-by-side with email recovery

@corwinharrell Current plan is to select a single option during setup, with the ability to add more later. Would like to keep initial setup as lightweight as possible.
