503 on non-root runs

Hi,

Thanks for maintaining this. I have an issue where docker-compose up -d with the YAML below leads to 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable on both localhost:1709/v1 and localhost:1709/v2, but sudo docker-compose up -d works fine. However, I can’t find any errors in docker logs <nginx-proxy container> (it only logs the 503).
