in Excel we need to connect a PostGres SQL database So following this message from MS Before you can connect to a PostgreSQL database in Power Query, you need the Ngpsql data provider for PostgreSQL installed on your computer. Select the driver that matches your Office version (32-bit or 64-bit).

i have search for the MSI (v 4.1.3) but its not for x64, is there a 64 bits version ? (it worked on Excel32 bits but we have upgrade to Excel64 for performance)

Yes, there are some known issues with assembly version incompatibilities (and/or binding redirects), which is why the dialog above recommends 4.0.10 - that version is known to work well in all cases.
