Syntax for auto-removable test suffix
See original GitHub issueSometimes I’m forced to write new method with a little new name, but I want Test Explorer to show those methods as one method. For example:
[Test]
public void Test_Serialize() {
}
[Test]
public void Test_Serialize__ArgumentNullException() {
}
Here I’d like NUnit to remove everything starting with __
(double underscore). And Test Explorer to show those methods as one method.

I wanted to be sure exactly what the user requested and also that it was useful for more people than just the user who requested it.
If we do this entirely in the adapter, then at some point we will probably get get question on why this behave differently in the console or in TestCentric.
NUnit builds a tree of nodes before the names are determined. The tree builder first decides that two methods are two separate nodes. You can then make the names the same, but then you have two nodes in the tree with the same name rather than a single node.
I think you’d have to provide your own IFixtureBuilder implementation in order to implement the tree building any other way.
