Embrace Nitro Server Handlers
See original GitHub issueWould be nice to expose helpers for the Nitro Server Handlers.
I think we could have:
addServerHandler()
addServerDevHandler()
addServerErrorHandler()
This way we could also deprecate addServerMiddleware
& serverMiddleware
and simplify this part of the framework.
