MPR+crosshairs runtime error

The error below happened when opening the CT series linked from the front page of IDC, switching to MPR, toggling crosshairs, and adjusting crosshairs in different views. Was not reproducible when attempted.

Davide, it’s all in debug info in the initial post. No need to prioritize for now, let’s focus on existing priorities.
