The 7.4.0 version isn't published on the NPM

I had to choose the 7.x
version to support Node@6 environments and then I’ve hit this problem. Ofc, I switched then to version 7.3 which is published.

V7 Support Node v4+. V8 only works on Node v8.6
I faulty released 7.4.0 and has removed it from npm right after release. I’ll remove it from GH. Please don’t use it. 7.3 doesn’t have support for partially staged files.
