WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.
To enable assembly bind failure logging, set the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog] (DWORD) to 1.
Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

[ERROR] Error: OmniSharp server load timed out. Use the 'omnisharp.projectLoadTimeout' setting to override the default delay (one minute).
This only started happening recently. I’m not sure what changed. One thing to note is that this only happens in the Insider’s version.

@rchande the workaround fixed the issue for me as well. Thanks! I’m curious now though: how could the omnisharp installation have gotten into this state?
@aggieben I closed this issue without realizing that you were the original file. Can you try out the steps outlined in https://github.com/OmniSharp/omnisharp-vscode/issues/2690#issuecomment-440471631 (adjusting paths to match your own machine) and let me know if that helps?
