Error minting on testnet

When running emulator mode the login screen gives the one with service account and mint NFTs under same account and all works fine, when switching to testnet via npm run start:testnet and run flow project deploy --network testnet -f flow.json -f flow.testnet.json then I get the below error when login with Blocto and try to mint:
