Consider removing `Span` for Jaeger/Span exporter names.

Jaeger and Zipkin export Spans ONLY, so maybe having Span in JaegerSpanExporter and ZipkinSpanExporter is not needed.

Not a strong feeling though.

@codeboten In fact with that line of thinking, we don’t even need “Exporter”!
