Why is this feature being added?

https://operationcode.org/team exists and it needs to exist in the new code base as well.

What should your feature do?

Implement the team page via pages/team.js
See live source code. Feel free to copy-paste a lot.
Refactor as required to match our new standards (linting, using components where possible, etc.)
Implement this feature by simply displaying a list of links pointing to every one of these accounts.
