Learning View breaking

Describe the bug I noticed that the view at Jaimes Adventures in arcade was breaking. Actually, it is breaking for all such learn/maths… pages. The currently logged-in user’s icon was shifted downwards. (probably due to less space in smaller screen)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: (This error arises in mobile phone)

Login Oppia.
Go to Jaimes Adventures in arcade

This issue occurs only on devices with width smaller than 450 I guess some more responsiveness need to be added. I reproduced this on the smaller screen on bigger screens it works well. It can be solved but admins need to decide a new layout for smaller screens.
