Move Brazilian post office (Correios) to brands tree

Hey guys!

I saw the discussions in this repository here, here and here.

However, as we discussed in the Community Forum, we got to the conclusion that, at least in case of Correios, we should use brand instead of operator.

The reason is that all Correios (which is a public company, much like USPS) branches have this brand, but some of them are private operated. So it is not correct to tag all of them with operator=Correios.

Is it possible to move it back to the brands tree?

Also, I would like to ask to create another NSI suggestion: Correios as a amenity=post_depot (not sure if I should open a new issue for that). So we would end with 3 Correios suggestions: post_office, post_depot and post_box

I’ve added a post_depot for Correios.

I’ll wait for others to add any opinions about moving the post office from operator to brand, but your reasoning does seem legitimate.

Thanks for the clarification @UKChris-osm and @matheusgomesms. I agree it makes sense to have both of them, and also use the extended names: “Agência dos Correios” for brand:* and “Centro de Distribuição dos Correios” for operator:*.
