v2.9.1: Failure to sync "The given key was not present in the dictionary"

Bug Description
When I go to perform a sync, I receive the error: “The given key was not present in the dictionary.”
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
- Go to Sync
- Click on Start Sync

Any additional information that may help troubleshoot the issue.
