Green line glitch on explorer
See original GitHub issueI confirmed that this problem is only present when this extension is enabled and disappears after disabling it.
My Explorer bar has this weird green overlay on v4.4.0 and:

Gave that a try, when zoomed in enough, the glitching does go away, but returning to normal zoom level it shows back up
Having the same issue, my glitches are blue. if a file is open with the icon, the glitches will extend to the file view and around the outside border of VScode
