Based on what is stated here, I am not 100% certain of what the issue is, but I believe that I have a fix. I am looking to see if this is caused by using tabs instead of spaces. But I am pretty sure I have the sublist issue resolved. It should now assume that 1 tab is the same as one indentation level which will be assumed to be 2 spaces.

Sorry about any confusion around this. I was pretty confused when I saw the list provided as it looked like several things I had not accounted for. Thankfully it was just 2 separate issues with one being an easy fix and the other being an oversight.

This should be fixed on master. I plan to push out a bug fix for this later this week. Please let us know if this issue persists on master or in the next release.
