At the moment of writing this, the last commit of sbdb was on July 2020 https://github.com/NASA-Planetary-Science/sbpy/commit/614b717d4ff6a0df5787e43923fa50e04e84f3e1.
I do not think it makes sense to migrate the code there anymore. We arrived too late, but also I wonder whether it makes sense to donate code to a project that goes unmaintained.
Thanks @shreyasbapat for your effort anyways! Closing this in favor of #1068.
