Summary
Publish ms-vscode.PowerShell
and ms-vscode.powershell-preview
on https://open-vsx.org
That would allow people using code-server or Code - OSS
(or any other fork of VS Code) to install easily and keep extension up-to-date since using Microsoft Visual Studio Marketplace outside of VS Code is prohibited.
