7.0 Release checklist

Now that the TypeScript PR (#372) is merged and a few of us have been running the -typescript.* releases in our apps, let’s come up with a plan of all the things we want to have in place before we officially release 7.0. @probot/maintainers, feel free to add to this list as necessary.

• 📜 Update README with additional context about moving to TS (link to blog post) (💛- https://github.com/probot/probot/pull/590)
• 🏷 Release on NPM
• ✍️ Blog post on https://medium.com/probot
• 🐦 Tweet about it!
