Steps to reproduce

Select Utilities. Then, select Checklist

Expected behaviour

Turn off the automatic alphabetical ordering of elements.
Create a partition between checked & unchecked items
Make the UI similar to screenshot above

@TheGamer007 Nice observations!

Yes, If you are properly migrating the table, then, there is no issue with schema update. But, do check it well, that everything is working fine. (otherwise, existing users may face crashes)
You can attempt to change that too. (But I think, there was some issue with making it boolean. So, you may check that)

Regarding the performance issues,

If it’s just one, you can fix this! and thanks for noticing 👍 💯
Will check the article. I think this can be addressed by creating a new issue.
ChecklistItemWidget is just showing the items from sharedpreferences. It is directly synced with the database. There is a need to revamp this. (This was a hacky way to do so)
