Editable dependency installation from subversion failed with PermissionError: [WinError 5] Access is denied

Issue description

I cannot install an editable dependency from an SVN repository using pipenv as described here.

In the same environment pip works fine: pip install -e svn+https://repo.com/svn/project/trunk/urobots_annopy/#egg=urobots-annopy

Expected result

The package should be installed.

Actual result

The command crashed with this output:

I install pipenv from github as you suggested and it works. The new pipenv version is 2018.11.15.dev0, the failed one was 2018.11.14.

We found a workaround (using pip and requirements files) and have not tested this with pipenv since 2 years. So I’m closing this issue.
