I certainly hope it does. pipenv already has a set of invocation flags, a “no colors, at all” flag is exactly what I hope gets added, and then stays there forever. Especially since it already has that behaviour coded in, just hidden unless you expose it universally through an environment variable, rather than selectively per call.
