StatusNotifier not showing icons

The issue:

OS: Manjaro Qtile: v0.21.0 Logs: No log entries Config: widget.StatusNotifier()

I’m trying to move from SysTray to StatusNotifier. If I change my widget.SysTray() to widget.StatusNotifier() nothing shows up. It’s default icons as blueman-adapter and Discord, nothing fancy. I found a reddit thread with the same issue but no solution.

I’ve xdg & pyxdg installed

I think we can close. No one else has reported the same issue and I can’t recreate it at the moment. If you start using the widget again and it breaks again then we can reopen/start a new issue,

@0xUnicorn have you had a chance to run the commands in my previous comment?

Hey, summer happened and I missed your follow up message. I’ve gotten used to not having the systray. If it will help you to determine if there’s a bug, I can try follow the steps or else I’ll close the issue.
