create a virtual environment - pip/pip3 install virtualenv go to the folder where you want to create venv, and create project - virtualenv -p python_path project_name activate the env - source project_name/bin/activate install rasa - pip install rasa train model - rasa train deactivate venv - deactivate That’s it.
