Update Dataprovider for Appwrite >0.12

The recent relase of Appwrite 0.12 has changed the database API of Appwrite. Specifically the permissions have been changed. The "*" wildcard permission has been replaced by "role:all". You can find more info in the Migration Guide blog post.
