exactly what you describe applies to me to.
However so far ‘ripme-2.1.1-3-536339dd’ works for me.
My experience is the same as @p6162: pre-release 827cc13 seems to partially resolve the issue - it ran for hours without a problem, but then showed the same hang behavior. Here is the last bit of the log where it just says “Waiting for threads to finish”.
Clicking the stop button, closing RipMe, reopening RipMe, and clicking the Rip button seems to work for the rip to continue.
