[Bug] Cannot quit while a game is running (macOS 13.3.1, commit 680e548)

Cmd-Q ends up making the UI unresponsive, same as the Quit menu items, forcing the user to Force quit manually.
Reproduction steps
Launch a game, and try to quit the Ryujinx using:
- Cmd-Q
- the Quit menu item in the Avalonia UI
- the Quit menu item in the “macOS menus”

The shortcut “works” as expected, but only sometimes shows the dialog box asking for confirmation. That dialog box cannot be interacted with, and the emulator UI stays entirely frozen while the game keeps running “normally”.
I believe this is game agnostic. I can’t seem to be able to quit Tears of the Kingdom. Still reproducing 100% of the time on 1.1.942 and macOS Ventura 13.4 +1 this is very annoying, being able to quit an app is pretty basic
