problem
https://piccolo.link is down.

Perhaps the flaky piccolo.link problem can be mitigated by adding the github releases URL as a
mirror
in the homebrew formula.See the scala formula which has two mirrors: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/master/Formula/scala.rb
The provider for piccolo.link reported that a load balancer host in Hong Kong was down, causing outages in South East Asia. They rectified the situation, and will be taking steps to prevent the issue to occur again. In addition, they will deploy an update later this week in order to address other known minor reliability issues.
Incidentally, the piccolo.link website is now also apparently whitelisted on Forcepoint/WebSense, and should therefore work fine from corporate networks that rely on those filtering tools.
Hopefully this should fix our download problems for good, so I am closing the ticket; kindly let us know if you see a reoccurrence.
