Incorrect formatting in AUTHORS.rst

Description

If you look at AUTHORS.rst you’ll realise that the some of the names under People section are supposed to be hyperlinks but aren’t

I guess it can be fixed by removing the line .. hlist::

[jnothman]

if there is a simple way to render both correctly, then fix welcome. otherwise, scikit-learn.org is a higher priority

Really sorry, my bad. 😃 I mistook it as a .md file in a hurry and fixed it. I don’t think there’s an error with this. Infact http://scikit-learn.org/stable/about.html is generated from this. Anyways, let’s wait for a more knowledgeable person then 😃
