Allow table title to not be capitalized

I’m converting an app from System.Console to Spectre.Console and in migrating a custom table output to use Spectre’s Table resulted in a failing unit test because the table title (which in my case is a filename) no longer matches the actual filename, since the first character of table titles are capitalized in TableRenderer.

Even if capitalizing the first letter is the default, I’d love an option to override it for when it’s not desired

Describe alternatives you’ve considered

My current workaround is just to pad the string with a space so that the first character isn’t uppercased, but that’s not ideal.

@SteveDesmond-ca That makes perfect sense to me. When I think about it, I don’t think we should capitalize the first letter at all.
