Completion and linting stop working

Problem Description
Completion and linting stop working after a few minutes using Spyder.
What steps reproduce the problem?
- Start Spyder
- Start coding. After a few minutes completion and linting stop working.

I’ve had a short run at testing on 4.1.4, it seems to be working ok for me now.
