It will not solve, there have been many adjustments to 5.0.5 that its having to shift items line by line.

I would suggest using Spyder 4 until Notebook is fully compatible.

It didn’t actually… It ended after almost 48 hours. I had to clean every trace of anaconda in my PC, uninstall it and install it again. It came with Spyder 4.3.5 instead of the 4.3.2 I had when the kernel crashed every time I run and matplotlib function. With this new version, the problem is apparently gone.
