Spyder unable to load Spyder 3 icon theme

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Spyder refuses to load the icon theme of Spyder 3. It will then fallback to Icon theme 2, and restart.

Changing the theme in preferences will re trigger this error when re-launched.
