What steps will reproduce the problem?

Spyder has encountered an internal problem! What should I do?!

I will suggest you to follow the official guide of installation of tensorflow, https://www.tensorflow.org/install in a new environment. If you continue to encounter problems, please open an issue in the tensorflow repository https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow

We cannot do anything further because this is not a problem related to Spyder, hope you can fix it and thanks for reporting!
