Update live the shortcuts present in menus

Problem Description

Some of the shortcuts in the menu does not change after creating a custom one.

What steps reproduce the problem?

Create a custom shortcut in settings for the command run cell and advance
Open the Run menu, unchanged

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output is to get the new command under the menu.
