Update live the shortcuts present in menus

Some of the shortcuts in the menu does not change after creating a custom one.
What steps reproduce the problem?
- Create a custom shortcut in settings for the command
run cell and advance - Open the
Runmenu, unchanged
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is to get the new command under the menu.
